Creative Director
Job Description:
Our company is seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our corporate video production team on a part-time basis. The Creative Director will be responsible for managing end-to-end video projects, from pre-production to post-production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage teams and projects.Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand project requirements and ensure that the final product meets their expectations.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for videos, and present them to clients for approval.
- Manage and lead a team of creative professionals, including videographers, editors, sound designers, and other production staff.
- Ensure that all production deadlines are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, brainstorm ideas, and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry, including production vendors and talent agencies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in video production, with a focus on corporate video production.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end video projects, from pre-production to post-production.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A creative mindset, with the ability to develop unique and innovative concepts for videos.
- Strong technical knowledge of video production software and equipment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video production work, including corporate videos.
