About Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to spearhead our Offline Marketing initiatives , with a particular focus on events, round tables, and
other offline channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Offline Marketing strategies that effectively promote our brand, products, and services to targeted audiences. As a key member of the marketing team, this individual will play a critical role in driving growth and maximizing our Offline Marketing efforts.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement strategic Offline Marketing plans aligned with overall company objectives and marketing goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of various Offline Marketing activities such including events, round tables, seminars, conferences, and workshops.
- Identify key industry events, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads - identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure seamless execution of Offline Marketing initiatives
- Build connections with external vendors, agencies, and partners to maximize the impact of Offline Marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of Offline Marketing campaigns and
activities, derive actionable insights and work on continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry best practices, innovations, and new technologies in Offline Marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Offline Marketing, with a focus on events, round tables, and other offline channels, preferably in the Fintech or financial services industry
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful Offline Marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
