Job Description
BCV is looking to add a Jr. Copy + Content Specialist to our creative team. We’re seeking a creative wordsmith with a strong working knowledge of marketing and a passion for the digital space. The Jr. Copy & Content Specialist will select content and then write, review and edit social media messaging for our roster of luxury hospitality brands. They will also be responsible for contributing to campaign brainstorms, digital ad copy and collaborating with design and video teams to bring creative concepts to life.
Responsibilities:
Works directly with Client Services to develop creative that is forward-thinking and aligned with brand and digital media trends.
Develop a deep understanding of client expectations and brand voice, as well as the needs, motivations and aspirations of a given target audience.
Deliver consistently on-brand messaging that reflects a keen awareness of social media trends and user behaviors.
Balance daily deadlines with working toward long-term objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum four-year college degree, preferably in English, Journalism, or Communications.
2-4 years of relevant professional writing/editing experience.
Proficiency in branding, social, online marketing, and media concepts.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent written skills in English.
Ability to write creatively while managing a consistent workload.
Must be detail-oriented and an excellent problem solver.
