Position Overview:
As a Copywriter on our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in developing content that engages and nurtures leads within the gov’t exam prep sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating impactful messaging and storytelling to support our mission of delivering quality education solutions.
Responsibilities:
Content Development:
Create persuasive and engaging copy for CRM initiatives, including email campaigns, push notifications, sms, whatsapp and other automated workflows.
Craft compelling narratives that highlight the benefits of our products and resonate with our target audience.
Lead Nurturing:
Collaborate with the CRM team to develop content strategies that effectively nurture leads through the education technology sales funnel.
Design and implement personalized content to enhance user experiences and drive conversion.
Campaign Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute CRM campaigns aligned with EdTech industry trends.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize engagement.
Educational Content:
Create copies to nudge the user to consume the content that educates and informs our audience about the benefits of our offerings.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance in educational content.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably within the EdTech industry.
A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, educational content, and impactful copy.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
