Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor sales and service team activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and timelines.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with the management.
- Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) with accurate and up-to-date information related to sales, service, and customer interactions.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with the sales and service teams to track progress on leads, customer inquiries, and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with team members to address challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor outstanding collections and collaborate with the finance team to facilitate timely payment collection from clients.
- Escalate any payment issues to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
- Manage the subscription renewal process by proactively reaching out to clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless renewal process.
- Create compelling and informative presentations (PPT) on a weekly basis, highlighting key sales and service achievements, challenges, and future plans.
- Engage in direct discussions with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and build strong relationships.
- Act as a liaison between the sales/service teams and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including production, finance, and other relevant departments, to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree- Proven 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales domain.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
