Job description
- Develop and execute the annual content marketing plan encompassing all Lines of Business (LOB).
- Mentor and guide content writers within their respective roles and responsibilities across LOBs.
- Contribute to the overall marketing revenue pipeline through strategic content initiatives.
- Strategize and execute the content calendar in collaboration with the content marketing team.
- Coach content writers on best practices for effective marketing collateral creation.
- Copy edit marketing content, including websites, landing pages, blogs, ad copies, flyers, mailers, and presentations.
- Develop writing style guides for all marketing collateral to maintain consistency.
- Identify and strategize content creation across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages of the customer lifecycle.
Technical Skills
- Experience in B2B IT Services content writing.
- Coordinative abilities to manage the content writers’ team and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Good understanding of the B2B IT Services/Product landscape.
- Familiarity with secondary research techniques used in content development.
- Expert-level proficiency in English grammar, usage, and nuances.
- Practical experience in overseeing the entire content management lifecycle.
