Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Content Marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, create, and curate various types of content, including blog posts, articles, videos, info-graphics, and more.
- Ensure all content is of high quality, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with the content strategy, ensuring a consistent flow of content.
- Develop a content distribution plan across various digital channels, including the company website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and external industry platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify content reach.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility, organic search rankings, and website traffic.
- Take ownership of awareness and engagement KPIs and strategize for overall growth in all metrics.
- Monitor the success of Content Marketing efforts using KPIs related to awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in content writing, strategy and distribution across all digital platforms
- A strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Personal Finance is required.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Hindi is a must
