Position Overview:
Groww Mutual Fund is looking for a dynamic Content Manager to oversee content operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with technical content writers, product teams, creative teams, and marketing teams to deliver strategic content projects.
They will also need to stay updated on content practices within the asset management industry to benchmark Groww Mutual Fund's content production and performance as well as implement necessary implementations to ensure high quality. Excellent project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to editorially review the work of technical content writers. A strong background in product content for mutual fund companies, along with expertise in finance, and knowledge of the mutual fund and capital markets industry, is required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with technical content writers, product teams, creative teams, and marketing teams to deliver strategic content projects.
- Manage content operations, including content calendar, workflows, and deadlines.
- Review and edit technical content written by writers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in content creation and dissemination.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to content team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in content management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, capital markets, and financial products.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Editorial experience and the ability to provide constructive feedback on content.
- Proficiency in content management systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
