This role demands a proactive and creative individual with at least one year of experience in content or any marketing area. Your ability to solve problems efficiently and adopt a hustler attitude will be crucial in driving quick, impactful results.
Note: This role is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, adaptable, and eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Create engaging learning content for in-app usage across areas of marketing, product, entrepreneurship and others.
- Develop and write engaging copies for various platforms leveraging tools like ChatGPT.
- Conduct thorough research to create and manage effective email drip campaigns and outreach programs.
- Analyse and break down new challenges, researching and implementing practical solutions.
- Employ a hustler's approach to identify and execute swift, result-oriented strategies.
You should have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content/marketing domain.
- Strong content writing, copywriting and email writing abilities.
- Competency in problem-solving, with a knack for dissecting and resolving new challenges.
- A driven, results-focused attitude, capable of finding and applying quick solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Figma is a plus
- Aptitude for analysis and numbers.
Expectations in Week 1:
- Familiarise yourself with our content creation/marketing tools and strategies.
- Start creating learning content on one or more business topics.
- Start engaging with the existing marketing team to understand ongoing projects.
Expectations in Month 1:
- Complete one or more learning paths and publish them on the app to deliver them to actual users.
- Begin drafting copies for upcoming campaigns.
- Show tangible results in problem-solving within ongoing projects.
Expectations till Month 6:
- Demonstrate improvement in content writing and copywriting.
- Take the lead on at least one major marketing campaign.
- Develop and implement one or more marketing campaigns successfully.
- Display leadership in implementing quick, effective solutions, significantly contributing to the company's marketing goals.
