Educational Qualification Graduate/Post graduate degree in mass communications/ Journalism/ English literature.
Job Description:

Communications Strategy

· Develop communication strategy and convey key organizational messages, updates and milestones to relevant stakeholders primarily through digital platforms

• Do basic desk research to create various communication collaterals
• Write press releases, features and blogs highlighting organization’s interventions
• Network and collaborate with media to help showcase our work on different platforms

Social Media and website

· Using organization’s website and social media accounts to increase overall reach

• Run social media campaigns and ad campaigns as per pre-planned strategy
• Maintain, regularly update and develop new content for organization’s website and social media platforms.
• Work closely with field team to create a regular pipeline of materials (photos, video clips, case studies) for organization’s communication needs
• Maintain the organization’s video and photo library for future use
• Designing creatives for communication purpose
• Write content for and design organisation’s Annual Report
• Write content for and design Quarterly Newsletter
• Any other task assigned related to job profile assigned by Supervisor

Competencies / Soft skills

· Effective communication skills and excellent knowledge of English. Basic proficiency in Marathi and Hindi

• Effective planning and organization skills
• Skilled in managing social media and digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin and CMS like Wordpress, Expression Engine etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong writing skills
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing skills like SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics
• Well versed with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop etc.
• Well versed with email platforms like MailChimp

Compensation

50k-75k per month CTC and/or commensurate with skills & experience, taking the current CTC into consideration
