You will play a key role in executing corporate initiatives, including cross-border M&A activities and fundraising efforts. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership across diverse markets and functions, as well as with external advisors and bankers.
- Drive the M&A process, including research, valuation, deal structuring, due diligence and negotiations.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on thorough analysis of potential M&A opportunities and their alignment with growth objectives.
- Manage organizational alignment and structure to maximize synergies from investments in other companies, including post-merger integration.
- Support growth initiatives by analyzing and solving business problems, developing financial projections/ business plans, communicating strategies, and creating execution plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate ideas for organic and inorganic growth and identify areas for expansion.
- Minimum of 5 years of M&A/ Transactions advisory experience, preferably in the Pharma/Healthcare domain.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with leaders and delivering effective presentations.
- Ability to analyze and navigate through complexities in decision-making processes.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in handling tasks across different time zones.
- An MBA from a top-tier institute is a plus.
