Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Management reports including Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various functions.
- Assist with the release of information relating to systems upgrades and changes to processes.
- Automate and schedule report generation.
- Maintain a business analytics reports for internal users.
- Maintain process for Management to request reports and support.
- Participate in product development and implementation.
- Regular data backup
- Other additional projects as assigned by the Reporting officer.
Skills require
- Bachelor's degree
- Practical experience with various applications.
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
