Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Management reports including Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various functions.
• Assist with the release of information relating to systems upgrades and changes to processes.
• Automate and schedule report generation.
• Maintain a business analytics reports for internal users.
• Maintain process for Management to request reports and support.
• Participate in product development and implementation.
• Regular data backup
• Other additional projects as assigned by the Reporting officer.

Skills require

• Bachelor's degree
• Practical experience with various applications.
• Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
