1. Deliverables :
Business Planning & Enhancement
- Define and execute the regional level strategy across segments in Airtel Business (namely Strategic, Major, Government and Emerging Business)
- Leverage synergies amongst the Airtel range of businesses to increase width and depth of Account penetration, i.e., improving the Account/ Product Penetration Index
- Build strong inter-functional coordination and monitoring systems, to maximize flow-through from order to execution, leading to higher gains for the organization
- Understand the business and market needs, and align the strategy to accommodate changes as per the business needs.
Revenue Maximization
- Own P&L for the Circle – Across LoBs (Data/ Voice/ FL/ etc)
- Plan and cascade revenue targets along-with relevant stakeholders at center accordingly
- Ensure revenue maximization for Airtel and partners (Channel Partners, SIs etc) by enhancing efficiency in systems and processes
- Driving practices to reduce bad-debts and enhance the Implemented Revenue
Enhance customer experience and delight
- Define customer impacting KPIs, review and monitor processes and continuously improve customer support processes and manage the customer retention through churn control and effective rate control
- Drive maximum participation in Business reviews at client end, by the relevant stakeholders from different functions
Capability Building & Team Development
- Groom a strong, empowered team, which drives business with self-initiative and provides bench strength to the organization Enhance business capability by driving relevant functional and behavioral learning agendas in the region
