CDP Head Job Description: We are looking for an experienced CDP leader to join and lead the CDP practice team. You will be responsible for growing and managing the CDP practice, participate and provide thought leadership in CDP designing, architecture, solution optimizing, actively leading customer RFP's and RFI's across industry verticals on CDP platforms in close collaboration with LTIMindtree Enterprise Architecture, Data and other practices and business units. As a CDP Practice Head, you will: -Serve as a technology expert and provide deep domain expertise in digital marketing, various CDP technology stacks - Salesforce, Adobe, Tealium, TreasureData, etc, and data infrastructure. -Strategize, architect, and document scalable and robust Real-Time / Near Real-Time CDP solutions, tailored to business needs and objectives. -Collaborate and grow the CDP practice team working closely with a multidisciplinary team of consultants, data engineers, data scientists, and digital marketers to deliver end-to-end solutions for our clients. -Define roles and permissions and working closely with Data Steward's in configuring governance policies in various CDP platforms. -Conduct webinar's, publish papers and mentor architects and developers on best practices, standards, and methodologies on CDP technology stack. -Actively help in guiding, troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues, encourage team on CDP solutioning ideation. -Charter growth path for CDP practice and identify business growth opportunities using CDP. -Provide thought leadership on upcoming disruptions like removal for 3rd party cookie support, Chrome developer sandbox implications, etc on marketing tools and technologies. -Leverage data science, machine learning, and Gen-AI capabilities in CDP platforms to generate insights, predictions, and recommendations for customer segments and experiences. -Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in CDP platform. Job Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. -Minimum 15 years of experience in working in Digital marketing domain. -Have hands on implementation experience in 2 or more CDP platforms (either B2C or B2B ) and must have worked with CDP tools for 6 years. -Lead or directly a team of 10 architects and SME. -Expert in data modelling concepts related to CDP and knowledgeable on Industry specific nuances. -Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with data ingestion, management, segmentation, activation, and data governance in at least 2 CDP platforms. -Experience in integrating CDP with other marketing tools, platforms. -Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (at least one). -Knowledgeable in data science, machine learning, and AI models in CDP platforms. -Lead CDP RFI/RFP in current or previous role.
