Functional Responsibilities
⚫ Develop and execute marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign to drive customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and conversion.
⚫ Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel campaigns across various digital platforms, including email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
⚫ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative, and analytic, to define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and campaign timelines.
⚫ Set up and configure campaign workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies in Adobe Campaign.
⚫ Manage and optimize campaign performance by analyzing data and leveraging insights from Adobe Analytic.
⚫ Monitor campaign metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
⚫ Conduct A/B testing and employ data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
⚫ Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, throughout the campaign process.
⚫ Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to campaign management, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Analytic.
⚫ Provide training and guidance to marketing teams on the effective use of Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytic.
