About the Role:

As a part of IT Team, support design of finance applications future state vision, identification of IT Finance initiatives and development of finance application roadmap for Quote-to-Collect, Report-to-Record process areas

Shift Time: 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm
Location: Pune (Hybrid)

What You'll Do:

• Support critical major cross-functional initiatives and projects for the Quote-to-Collect, Report-to-Record process areas including system implementations, operational improvements and new product rollouts

  
  

• Partner with Business Stakeholders to document business requirements, functional design documentation for process solutions using Netsuite and other business applications

  
  

• Work closely with PMO and Finance Transformation to define finance systems strategy and design new and enhance existing finance systems

  
  

• Refine IT process management framework, perform process assessments and implement process improvements

  
  

• Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and support the delivery of KPI dashboards

  
  

• Provide general NetSuite application support

  
  

• Build and deliver training regarding optimal use of finance tools and technology

  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree

  
  

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience

  
  

• Solid understanding of global Quote-to-Collect processes including deal desk, billing, revenue recognition, collections and cash application

  
  

• SaaS industry experience

  
  

• Highly proactive and planful, with a proven track record of owning and delivering finance application projects

  
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders

  
  

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities

  
  

• Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement

  
  

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of NetSuite application

  
  

• Prior ERP and/or other finance system implementation experience for Quote-to-Collect process area

  
  

• Experience within a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably high-growth company
