Responsibilities Include:
- Leading process improvement initiatives such as ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Analyzing and designing complex business and systems processes.
- Evaluating current processes and suggesting improvements.
- Leading cross-functional project teams.
- Developing metrics for process measurement.
- Identifying root causes of problems and recommending quality improvements.
- Aligning performance with process requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience in the Payments domain, including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and Cards.
- Familiarity with FIS products, business practices, and processes.
- Understanding of financial industry practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and business process re-engineering.
