General Summary:

About GBFS Team: The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provide support to HQ and global regional team on Finance & Business Operation activities. This job role is for incentive data analysis, royalties’ fillings, market research related activities – Incentive data loading, Product and Customer research, as well as data processing and analysis.

Job Overview:

• The Analyst is responsible for downloading incentive data from Incentive portal and process it using prewritten python coding.
• The Analyst will capture product information from multiple sources by entering and updating the data in our database and systems.
• A detailed and thorough mindset is needed as the Analyst conducts their own product research to verify product specifications obtained in order to improve the accuracy.
• The Analyst utilizes Advance Excel, Python, TM1 and Tableau to clean data, enter data and extract information to support the data team. 
• Working closely with Data Team colleagues the individual will analyze and transform "data" to "information" that supports business needs and objectives.  This is done by conducting mappings of data to licensees and grouping product data from multiple sources. 
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability.
• Working closely with HQ and global region teams with regular interaction to reviews, drive transition calls, process documentation for all activities.
• Individual will require to take evening calls for reviews and transition of activities.
• Perform additional ad hoc Business Operations activities from time to time.

Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years relevant industry experience in business analyst & operations activities
• Excellent Advance Excel Skills
• Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – Python, Tableau, etc.
• Flexible for evening calls for HQ reviews and transition calls on regular basis.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's in science / B. Tech / Economics and/or,
• Diploma in Business Analytics
• Business Administration from reputed B-school.
