Commerce & Lifecycle Operations (CLO) is the operations engine for Cisco’s partners, sellers, renewal managers and customers across Cisco’s hardware, software and service offers. We take a digital-first, agile-centric approach to drive simplification, automation and transformation. Our mission is to create a frictionless commerce experience and accelerate the company’s transformation towards recurring revenue.


APJC CLO supports the APJC Sales, Renewal Managers, Partners and Customers for all interactions with Cisco covering Quote-to-Cash, Goal-to-Commissions, Partner Business Services, Buying Programs Lifecycle Operations, Operations Delivery, Field Operations and Partner/Distributor Operations.


What you will do

This is a role in the fast-paced APJC Commerce & Lifecycle Operations (CLO) comprising over 300 members. Reporting to the Senior Leader of Strategy & Planning Business Operations, which is part of the CLO Strategy & Planning Operations team you will be working closely with the Senior Director and CLO APJC Leadership Team.


Your responsibilities will include:
  • You will team up with regional operations leadership to create and build new models, analysis and insights that will help drive key transformations in the business.
  • You’ll become a trusted advisor by providing deep quantitative insights matched with thoughtful operational process that is based in understanding of key business drivers.
  • You’ll create a recommendation for process simplification and automation and will program manage the execution.
  • You'll create operational processes and business analytics to handle and govern projects, metrics & key initiatives.
  • You’ll develop and handle effective communications and process to align efforts to decisions and desired needs.
  • You’ll drive planning to success within committed timeline which includes defining roadmap, facilitating decision-making on priorities and planning organizational change.
  • You’ll provide data intelligence through generation of complex reports and analyses from multiple cross-functional sources to substantiate business decisions and recommendations.
  • You’ll identify trends & patterns in datasets and trackers, locate points of influence, and communicate synthesized data results.
  • You’ll conduct deep analysis of various attributes (e.g., product, technology, sentiment, segment, business entity, customer) to determine key drivers.
  • You’ll define, analyze, and translate business requirements and Use Cases partnering with Business Stakeholders and SMEs to resolve business problems.
  • You’ll assist business functions with data analysis for business/value case development for key strategic initiatives.
  • You’ll model internal business processes and data flow, identifying critical components that affect functionality and system performance.
  • You’ll identify operational improvement opportunities through analysis of business drivers and practices.
Who you are:
  • You have 3-5 years’ experience in multinational technology company.
  • You have a degree in finance, mathematics, or science communication.
  • You are self-motivated, creative, results-driven team-player, who is comfortable working and delivering results autonomously or collaborating with others.
  • You have stellar communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing.
  • You are active listener who is able to clearly identify and articulate root cause problem statement.
  • You have insatiable curiosity to understand how systems work, data is organized, can connect the dots of various processes and systems.
  • You have excellent program management skills to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
  • You have analytical skills, for the collection and analysis of data as leading or lagging indicators or to pin-point specific problem areas.
  • You are energetic, with a passion to learn and wants to have fun while driving change!
  • Action-oriented mentality to drive satisfactory closures on all open issues.
