Educational Qualification: Must have: Any Graduation with 5-8 years of relevant exposure Good to have: Master's in finance or accounting with 3 - 5 years of experience Skills & Work Experience: Must have: • Strong communications skills (including with approach senior level Executives and Managing Directors) • Work with autonomy and proactivity • Focus on details and self-driven • Excellent time management and tasks prioritization • Flexibility to work through different time zones when needed • Teamwork • Proficient with PowerPoint presentation and MS Excel reporting • Quick to adapt – able to accelerate learning curve for new assignment Roles and Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include: • To undertake periodic monitoring and auditing of data privacy controls, following a risk-based approach. • To escalate significant data privacy risks and report on issues to the DPO and the DPO Centre of Excellence team in accordance with specified criteria from time to time. • To manage Individual Rights Requests exercised by internal and external data subjects in respect of personal data controlled by Accenture in co-ordination with Functions within their MU, including for example, Legal, HR and Technology. • To act as first point of contact within their geographic unit(s) in the event of a data privacy regulatory audit or investigation, following immediate escalation/notification to COE team members. • To assist and oversee upkeep of data processing inventories and local asset registers within their geographic unit(s). • To participate in further DPO COE team initiatives where needed in order to implement appropriate data privacy controls within their geographic unit. • To drive engagement and awareness of data privacy requirements within their MU through the delivery of training and communications, in co-ordination with the DPO and COE team members Knowledge & Skill Requirements: • Understand Accenture security, the ISMS security controls, and data privacy requirements. • Comprehensive understanding of the organizational blueprint with the ability to establish visibility and exert influence within the entity. • Collaborative expertise in working with leadership to assess data privacy and security risks, enabling the formulation of well-informed decisions to mitigate potential threats. • Proactive identification of security vulnerabilities and a demonstrated ability to implement actions that enhance the overall security posture of the entity. • Proficiency and comfort in handling complex tools and navigating intricate data structures.
