AddressWe are looking for a Business Head coming in from a diverse manufacturing background or carrying experience in consulting with manufacturing clients.
You will be playing the role of a strategic operations leader driving the end-to-end operations, manufacturing business P&L, turnarounds, & identifying avenues for expansion of existing and upcoming assets.

Responsibilities :
1) Providing strategic operational leadership at pan-India manufacturing units.
2) Undertaking cost optimization initiatives.
3) Overseeing production management, resource management, quality assurance, inventory management, and safety.
4) Budgeting and forecasting to manage end-to-end P&L of all manufacturing units.
5) Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies that are aligned with the organization's long-term vision.
6) Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, optimize costs, and increase output.
Requirements :
1) Post-graduation with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing or consulting organization.
2) Strong techno-commercial acumen.
3) Strong leadership & organizational skills.
4) Excellent communication & people management skills.
5) Undertake work-related travel visiting domestic plant locations.
