• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction. Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on revenue growth.

Requirements:

• 18+ years of experience, with a proven track record in executive leadership within the manufacturing industry with understanding of metallurgy process.
• Good understanding of manufacturing, pre- and post-sales, and competition benchmarking.
• B.E (E and TC/Electrical/Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy) + MBA is preferred.
• Candidate with an understanding of customers in the public and private sectors for this industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and emerging technologies.
