KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 3. Identifying, establishing, and developing relationships with new and existing clients, Architects, Consultants and Govt Officials to generate new business opportunities. Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels Identify and explore new business opportunities which does more profitable in market and needs technical expertise. Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships Producing reports for management Attending industry events to establish relationships with new and existing clients and to stay updated on market conditions and competition. Defining, testing, refining, and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Negotiating and communicating business issues and complex concepts to different audiences. 1 Keeping the management team informed of ongoing progress on new Business Development activities. Preparation of Pre-Qualification for Tender Preparation of MIS weekly/ monthly Studying the tender document and Analyze the Qualification requirement. Preparation of Brief Synopsis covering Techno Commercial Conditions, Scope of work for management Identifying tender opportunities on daily basis. review. New registration and empanelment of firms with different state, central and private bodies. Preparation of pre-bid queries & attending pre-bid meetings. Preparation of Technical documentation & Expression of Interest for Road /Building/ Railway / Airport/Metro Projects/Water Supply/Transmission & Distribution Projects etc. Identification of Joint Venture Partners/Consortium Tie-ups and Coordinate for tender submission. Preparation of sub-contractor agreements, Joint venture agreements etc. Submission of tender through on- line/Off-Line, Capable of handling multiple no. of tenders. And versed with the bidding processes through E-Procurement system. Preparation and submission of reply of clarification to Client. Professional experience in participating open tender, limited tenders, global tender including subcontract for State Govt, Central Govt and Public Sector Undertakings and Private Organizations. Getting completion and performance certificate as per the future requirement for future tender Participation of Company Credentials and presentations. Preparation of walk-throughs of the projects handled. 4. INTERACTIONS Internal Top Management All Departmental Heads 5. Financial Dimensions External Government Bodies Clients & Vendors Architects Consultants Obtaining necessary certificates from Auditors/ Bankers periodically for updating the financial criteria like Turnover, Balance sheets, Net worth/ Solvency etc. Ensuring to release the payments on time to the O&M contractors and vendors. Knowledge on LOC & BGs. 6. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Knowledge on identifying tender opportunities. Registration and participation in central public procurement portals, N-Procure, Tender wizard and etc., 7. Required Functional Competencies Liasoning with Departmental officials (NHAI, MORT&H, UPEIDA, DFCC & NHIDCL, etc.) Preparation of bid documents for Roads, and Railways etc. & submission of tender through online/Off Line Preparation of work orders/LOIs for sub-contractor and Vendors. Experience in participating open tender, limited tenders, global tender including subcontract for State Govt, Central Govt and Public Sector Undertakings and Private Organizations. 2
