Responsibilities :


  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the target demographic on various social media platforms, building rapport and trust, will be crucial in pulling in potential clients and nurturing them into leads.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media advertising to strategically target and convert potential leads, optimizing ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure team performance and drive results.
  • Market Research and Industry Expertise:
  • Translate industry insights into actionable strategies and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Sound skills on Linkedin sales techniques and Sales navigator
  • E mail campaign skillset tools knowledge
  • Cold calling exposure
  • Lead Database tools and knowledge to get the lead list.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years in Business Development preferably in a software company in outsourcing business
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have the strong exposure with International market.
