1. Acquire new business by driving the assigned line of business and achieve the set sales targets
2. Achieve the assigned revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
3. Researching and identifying potential leads or prospects through online research, social media, networking events, and other channels.
4. Reaching out to leads via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to introduce the company's products or services.
5. Assisting in preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.
6. Attending sales meetings with senior team members
7. Assisting in creating proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients, working closely with the sales team to tailor offerings to meet customer requirements
8. Following up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships, address any concerns or questions, and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process
9. Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales reports, updating sales collateral, and coordinating logistics for sales events or meetings
10. Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of sales techniques and strategies
11. Providing feedback to the sales team on sales processes, customer feedback, and areas for improvement, based on observations and experiences during sales activities
12. Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in messaging, support sales efforts, and address customer needs effectively
