Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the interior design industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Sales:
- Collaborate with the design team to understand client needs and present tailored design solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth project handover to the design and execution teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, and Marketing within the interior design or related industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design trends and concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
