Business Development Sales And Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic Sales and Marketing initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the interior design industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Sales:

• Collaborate with the design team to understand client needs and present tailored design solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth project handover to the design and execution teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Development, sales, and Marketing within the interior design or related industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design trends and concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
