Business Development Representative:

Founded by serial entrepreneurs, we are a team of tech enthusiasts who have strong expertise in enterprise product development and cloud technologies. As an early sales team member, you will get an opportunity to build and shape sales processes and strategy with our CEO and Sales Leader within the company.
Location: Chennai
Shift:Night Shift (US-Based Prospects)
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation - generate leads and set up meetings with potential customers
Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts
Outbound reach out via email/LinkedIn/Call (USA region)
Identify client needs and promote Squareshift services
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Requirements
6 months - 2 year of relevant experience in lead generation through cold calls and cold messaging

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Willingness to work a night shift as all prospects will be US-based
