Job Description: CHANGE MANAGEMENT / HR TRANSFORMATION / OD INTERVENTIONS Support in all tasks/activities for HR Digitization & Automation implementation INDUCTION & CONFIRMATION Coordinate in organizing HR Induction Programmer & Orientation of new hires Prepare & Issue a probation extension notice/confirmation letter to the employee TALENT MANAGEMENT Support in Employee Engagement Surveys to measure employee engagement and morale LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT Assist the Team Lead in role-wise competency analysis and developing/updating the competency model of J Kumar Collate & prepare training needs received from Site and HO HODs PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: Prepare / Update / Complete data requirements for Appraisal Review in HRMS Drive annual reviews in HRMS REWARDS AND RECOGNITION: Collate & Prepare data received for rewards and recognition as per policy and guidelines Key Skills : Hr Operation Hrms
