Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Aligarh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing opportunities for growth within the company. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for lead generation, sales pipeline management, and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and Business Development skills
- Experience with IT products and services sales, preferably with Cisco products and services
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the IT industry
- Experience in managing a sales team is a plus
