Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Business Development professional with experience in the Indian Railways. This role will primarily focus on developing and implementing strategic initiatives to promote our products and services within the Indian Railways and handle the liaison work for product approvals in Railway bodies like RDSO, RCF, MCF, ICF, CLW, BLW and in different railway zones/divisions.
The candidate shall have a deep understanding of the Railways Industry, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify potential target market, customer preferences, and emerging trends in the Indian Railways industry
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies for our offerings within the Indian Railways market
· Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Indian Railways sector, including railway authorities, vendors, and industry associations
· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact marketing strategies in the Indian Railways field
· Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to showcase our products and expand our network within the Indian Railways industry
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in any related field
· Proven experience in marketing within the Indian Railways industry
· Strong understanding of the Indian Railways market, including customer profiles, distribution channels, and competition
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and deliver impactful presentations
Experience: 3 years minimum
CTC: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
