Designation: Business Development Executive
Location: Jaipur - Rajasthan
This is a work from office position.
Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating appointments and new business opportunities for IMS group.
Business Development efforts include, research and list building, reach-out to prospects and qualify the prospects, decision-makers, and conversion of prospects into Lead.
Job responsibilities
- Candidate is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Client Sales team
- Build a network and a strong relationship with CXOs/ decision makers
- Candidate needs to identify key-prospects through primary and secondary research
- Generating database by using web sources like , MR directories, Hoover's, Zoom Info, Data.com, etc.
- Effectively perform 80 - 100 outbound calls daily and emails to target prospects in defined geographies
- Introducing company's services among decision makers and C-level executives
- Understanding and identifying prospect's requirements and fixing appointments for our front-line sales team
- Collaborating advertising/communication campaigns on , Facebook and Instagram
Qualification
- Bachelors Degree/ Masters or MBA in Marketing, Business or Communications.
- 2+ years of experience in a related role in the B2B domain is a plus, preferably in cold calling
Skills/attributes required:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience working in B2B domain
- Experience in Staffing Industry would be an advantage
