Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, coaching centers, and related organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Targets and Reporting:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and achievements.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the education job market.
Use market insights to contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 2-3 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the education or recruitment industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to create win-win situations.
Initiative: Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a proactive approach.
