Responsibilities
- Attend new inquiries (website, client referral, email campaign)
- Take “discovery call” with the new prospects to validate the client and provide the confidence
- Then Introduce to Sr Dev for closing.
Warmup the cold leads
- Call and Email to cold prospects and setup “discovery meetings”.
Account Management
- Reach out to existing clients and generate new business, ask for referrals
Operations & Support
- Assist with lead generation
- Assist on documentation and process improvements
- Assist with website and social media updates
- Content Review and Polishing
Skills
- Good Communication
- Excellent Writing
- Great Listening
- Good presentation skill over the phone or in-person
- Plus to have Digital Marketing Experience
