Recruitment Junior Analyst

Note: We are looking for a professional with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment. This role requires the professional to work from our Hyderabad office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  Conduct thorough screening of resumes, application forms, and video interviews to identify qualified candidates for various job openings within the company.

  Make pre-screening calls to applicants to assess their communication skills and preliminary qualifications.

• 
  Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between shortlisted candidates and interviewers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

• 
  Update and maintain the company's database with accurate employee contact information and employment details.

• 
  Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and implement best practices.

• 
  Maintain strict confidentiality and handle employee information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

• 
  Support the onboarding process by assisting with necessary paperwork, orientation programs, and ensuring a positive experience for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, and 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate suitability based on specified criteria.

  Excellent organizational and administrative abilities for effective management of recruitment tasks and record-keeping.

  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
