Responsibilities"You will be required to gather and document the financial institution's business requirements; understand their business model and processes; regulatory and operational challenges; lead workshops to resolve solution design issues; support development efforts throughout the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), and participate in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.\nThis is a client-facing role, requiring the successful candidate to build strong relationships within the financial institution and project teams and act as the first point of contact with their senior stakeholders, IT\/Business Analysts, and subject matter experts.\n\n\u2022 Bring industry expertise in the CLM and client\/customer journey digitization space\n\u2022 Support financial institutions in the building of their new Target Operating Model in the client\/customer onboarding area\n\u2022 Prepare and lead requirement-gathering workshops with financial institutions\n\u2022 Offer innovation within the design discussion, influencing financial institutions in line with the Fenergo product offering and industry best practices\n\u2022 Understand, document, and help to close the gap between the financial institution's current or proposed way of proceeding with onboarding and Fenergo's core product offering\n\u2022 Deliver product demos in a structured and logical approach\n\u2022 Document the financial institution's scope and functional requirements\n\u2022 Manage the functional documentation review and approval process with the financial institution\n\u2022 Documents requirements for systems development - including use cases in an agile methodology\n\u2022 Prepare and deliver training sessions to the financial institution's business users\n\u2022 Keep up to date with product & regulatory changes"
