About the Role:
We are looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED candidate to lead our Supply chain and operations. This role is a critical cog in our vision to make instant, affordable diagnostics accessible to every Indian. This is your opportunity to become a part of India’s healthcare revolution, work deeply with the healthcare ecosystem, and save lives.
The role involves leading shipping & logistics, inventory management, and QA/QC. It would require you to do frequent intra-Mumbai and occasional national/ international travel. You would be working closely with the founders.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Inventory Management - Building a system to track and manage inventory, while accounting for lead times
- Leading end-to-end sourcing of raw materials
- Establishing and managing suppliers
- Setting up SOP for manufacturing and packaging
- Leading QA/QC for assembly and packaging
- Managing shipping and logistics (for both B2B and B2C)
- Returns management
