Brand Lead / Manager, Compression

About the Role

The responsibility is for PITAM-CEA is to ensure Compression Category

  • Have profitable brand P&Ls
  • Have local alignment to global JTBD
  • Have strategic development plans in place for local markets
  • Show market share growth

What You Will Do

· Overall responsibility for brand P&L, brand building and market share development in line with local business strategies

· Taking the lead for the strategic process / planning for Jobst brand

· Formulate marketing plans, in collaboration with SMAM and MAM

· Active participation on the development of global innovation/comms toolbox (if lead market).

· Ensure consistent visual brand identity for each brand and channel

· Manage A & P spend & activity, in collaboration with SMAM - define brand activation touch points consistent with global guidance and channel strategy

· Lead brand analysis and own corrective actions

· Understand category/customer/consumer touchpoints and channel insights

· Key contact with GMI Innovation and Communication teams

· Active participation to global initiatives.

· Defines and aligns with MD/MM and other stakeholders (eg. sales) annual brand/marketing plans and brief Activation/Digital Manager

· Drive Assortment initiatives together with global partners (Supply Chain, GMI)

· Brand / Product training for new entrants

· Provides, aligns, and approves product content of training material (intern and external)

· Align Marketing plan with eComm team

· Sets and provides direction for national tradeshows/congresses (incl. focus products, sponsorships, speaking engagements)

· Owns strategic planning on how/where to utilize KOL

Provide product/brand content support to sales

Who You Are

  • Must have a University degree or Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or Business Administration with commercial subjects;
  • 3- 5 years experience in Marketing in the same or similar role as in Health/Med Tech industry, Ideally within compression-related categories.
  • Commercial and business acumen, be able to translate brand visions into effective strategies, propositions, and plans that fulfill the vision and are financially viable.
  • Develop effective launch plans for innovation initiatives managing business requests and expectations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to drive performance and processes forward.
  • Must be innovative, analytical, influential, insightful, courageous, and decisive.
  • Must be a self-leader, organized, and collaborative in work across functional teams.
