Audit Manager
- Conducting comprehensive financial reviews.
- Develop audit plans, define scope, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, or non-compliance.
- Liaise with senior management to discuss findings and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Executing audit fieldwork, testing the design and effectiveness of the controls.
- Collaborating with other teams including technology, credit and risk & compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management internal controls.
- Demonstrate ability to understand risk exposure and explain internal controls for complex processes and requirements.
- Monitor corrective action and ensure implementation by deadlines.
- Evaluate when escalation of concerns to senior leadership for intervention if necessary.
Qualification And Experience:
1. CA With 5+ Years of Proven experience in a senior auditing role, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, audit practices, and financial regulations.
3. Proficiency in using audit software and other financial analysis tools.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
5. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to clearly convey audit findings and recommendation
