1. Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job
Quality Assurance Specialist is accountable to manage the testing of packaging materials, raw materials and assign his/her reporting employees to perform testing the samples, record test results and report test results which follow standard test methods. This person should record and follow up the PGRs for abnormalities, if required organize meeting to collect multidisciplinary decisions. In that job this person also takes care about customer complaints follow up the RCA from quality and if required from other departments, close the complaints at system and inform relevant people at Company. This job holder hosts the customers when they visit the site and answer their requests and questions in limited / requested time period. For the supplier problems lead to key in data and findings at the system follow up with purchasing to trace it with supplier. This position manage and control the calibration of lab equipment if any on them out of desired specification make sure they are fixed by supplier. Other then other common jobs assignments this person also manages the reporting of complaints and supplier related claims. This job holder should make sure the document control for quality regulations. Manage the KPIs at tier 1 board such as COBR, RFT and actions tracking with his/her associates.
