Job Description:
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Complying with SEBI SECC Regulations, 2018, SEBI SCRA, 1956 and correspondences with SEBI;
- Drafting, vetting and reviewing of legal documents, agreements, contracts, MOUs, Letter of Engagements, NDAs and various documents of similar nature;
- Interactions with outside counsels vis-à-vis compliance and legal work;
- Attending hearing at Courts, Forums and Tribunals;
- Liaison with Government bodies, Regulators etc.;
- To interface with other departments/functions and provide legal assistance and support;
- Advise the management on legal issues;
- Preparations of updates/ MIS of legal cases.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be primarily responsible for litigation management of company’s cases going on in various courts and tribunals
