YOUR TASKS
Incharge Incoming Inspection
- Plan and conduct incoming inspection for purchase parts including documentation (eg. In SAP).
- Knowledge of Plastic Molding Process & defects.
- Knowledge of usage of all Inspection instrument like VC, PP, VMM, CMM, Hardness Tester etc
- Management of not conforming parts including inter-company parts (ERP and physically) and coordinate the further action (eg. Rework, sorting etc.)
- Responsible to manage quarantine area of purchase parts.
- Create/close FS notification against suppliers incase of logistic claim.
- Plan and conduct the revalidation of all Purchase parts .
- Able to read and understand product drawings and specifications, test methods
- Experience of Problem solving through different quality tools like 8D etc.
- Understanding to implement PFMEA, Control Plan
- Should have good knowledge of PPAP & have hand on experience on the process.
- Should have good computer & English communication skill
- Perform refresher training /OJT for RI inspectors (eg. Instruments, drawing, Hella Procedures)
- Able to implement Change Management effectively
- Should have experience of handling team with 8 & more members
- Should have minimum 8 years’ experience & at least 6 years in Quality DomainEXT
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Min 3 year Diploma or B Tech.
