The Opportunity

Hyatt seeks a dynamic Associate Field Marketing Manager (Select) to join a team that loves being the connection between corporate marketing strategy and hotel execution and is eager to develop their skill set through providing additional marketing support to members of the Field Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams – such as Sales, Operations, Digital and Brand – on a shared goal: to drive hotel revenue. The Role
This position is responsible for supporting an effective digital marketing and media strategy for a designated portfolio of hotels for the Select Field Marketing Program hotels. The Associate Field Marketing Manager helps develop and implement online marketing campaigns to acquire new customers, increase hotel revenues, market share and brand awareness while measuring and reporting on brand and property performance, and consulting with internal and external stakeholders. Digital encompasses organic and paid search, display/banner ads, mobile, paid social media, website, and email. In addition, they will also assist other Field Marketing Managers with tactical support and execution across digital content, website maintenance, regional offers and reporting for their hotels.

 

 

Additional responsibilities include:

·         Managing digital marketing programs for Field Marketing program hotels.  Daily management of hotel websites, third party business and paid media listings.

·         Plan and execute web content, SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Meta strategy for a portfolio of hotels. Support World of Hyatt, email marketing activation for the hotels

·         Assist hotels in the development of annual marketing plans and budgets to provide recommendations for spend based on market analysis, current performance metrics and best practices

·         Attend property/regional-level sales and revenue management calls as deemed necessary to inform digital plans and execution.  Understand business needs and competition for properties and cluster regions, developing local marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics to meet owner objectives

·         Provide ongoing support to hotels to optimize online hotel presence, with a particular focus on growing book direct revenue and channel mix.  Serve as a strategist and liaison for properties for digital agency programs and in other consultative matters

·         Coordinate with Field Marketing Managers to support tactical execution of marketing strategies for Field Marketing program hotels.  Supporting website content management, third party listings, online optimizations, and reporting delivery

·         Deliver reporting to key stakeholders, including KPIs, comparative scorecards, summarization of performance and future recommendations and action items. Benchmark digital activities against comp set and peers in the industry, improving digital marketing strategy and tactics to be ahead of the curve

·         Provide ongoing training to property marketing teams.  Develop how-to training manuals, guidance, and instruction on how to utilize our digital marketing platforms and tools to optimize digital activities and revenue performance to share with Field Marketing Managers and property marketing teams

·         Ensure property marketing programs and initiatives align closely with corporate and brand strategic priorities 

·         Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

·         Ability to travel up to 25%
