Associate: Human Resources

Required candidate profile:
 Should have knowledge of Recruitment and Hiring process (full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods).
 Familiarity with social media, resume databases, headhunting, hiring portals and professional networks.
 Knowledge of Documentation, Training & Development and HR Processes.
 Should have a good knowledge of all other HR functions/domain
 Honest, Ethical, Dependable and Team Player.
 Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails).
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills

 Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and office)


Job Responsibilities:
PRIMARY KRA’s
 Coordinate with concerned Senior/Manager for the allotted tasks and share the Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports as and when required.
 Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
 Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel/HR activities (training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
 Release the required letters/documents to employees.
 Maintain a good relationship with the other department.
 Help other HRs in their Hiring targets. Conduct HR round of the candidates.
 Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
 Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls assessments and in-person interviews.
 Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary.
 Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates.
 Advertise open positions on external networks.
 Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals.
 Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data.
 Takes care of office hygiene and safety.
 Share the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Recruitment reports with the Concerned Senior and the Manager.
 Achieve the target assigned (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) and other on-going requirements within agreed quality, and timelines.


SECONDARY KRA’s
 Share ideas and suggestions pertaining to office activities, parties, celebrations, get-together, functions, and festivals, etc.
 Help other HRs in Offboarding and Onboarding etc. processes.


Required Experience:
 Associate: Human Resources {6months to 1.5 Year}
 Executive: Human Resources {1.5 to 3 Years}
 Candidates with an IT Industry background only (For the experienced candidates)


Qualifications:
 B. Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Sc (IT) Candidates with MBA Degree (HR/IT/IB) will be preferred
