Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement audience development strategies for subscriber and viewership growth.
- Analyze & strategize the content planning for all YouTube channels of Testbook
- Researching what content is performing well on YouTube and other platforms to strategize on the content requirement.
- Boost motivation and recognition in faculty members to generate high output with same input
- To work closely with the production/ project lead to strategize and plan for new initiatives for the property.
- Ideating, designing and executing sessions on YouTube - End to end
- Developing data-driven recommendations, organizing and analyzing data to form actionable plans.
- Working on optimizing channel and video content via Titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, thumbnails, etc.
Requirements
- Candidate with high EQ & empathy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Should be a first principle thinker
- A quick thinker and someone with creative ideas
- Convincing & negotiation skills are highly desirable
- An appetite for risk-taking and experimentation
- Understanding the production process/ editing of videos would be an added bonus.
Preferred- 1-2 years of proven experience of growing YouTube channel/s (Preferably in an Ed-Tech)
