Position Summary: Revature is actively seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR leader for the role of HR Business partner who will be responsible for managing end to end talent life cycle programs for Corporate employees globally. This position will be based out of Chennai while the scope of the role is global. Key Responsibilities: HR Business partnering: Will be responsible for complete talent life cycle programs aligning to business/department level people priorities, challenges and for coming up with enterprise level and department level talent strategies to enable & drive performance culture, growth mindset, meaningful careers, engaged workforce, retention, etc. COEs : Responsible for designing and executing talent management programs which enables performance culture and performance aligned rewards. Will be responsible for driving continuous performance management process, performance and potential aligned talent/reward strategies, leadership and talent development etc. HR Systems, Data : Work with the HR systems team to continuously monitor and identify opportunities for automation of business processes. Come up with periodic data insights, analytics, trends to enable business decisions C&B : Implement regional Talent reward strategies around compensation (merit increases, bench marking, comp structure, commissions/incentives/bonus, etc), benefits enrolment/administration, etc Engagement : Plan, execute regional and global engagement programs, design communication, engagement and retention strategies, D&I strategy, drive a positive culture within the organization Talent Acquisition : Responsible for hiring for Corporate (entry level and experienced roles) and Client positions (experienced) for India based tech and non tech roles. Regional HR : Design and drive regional HR programs, HR policies, manage regional talent life cycle programs, etc Team Management : Manage competent team of HR professionals, create exciting career path for them within the organization and get the best out of them every single day Qualifications : MBA or other relevant Masters in HR Proven Expertise (10-15 years): Demonstrated experience in HR BP, HR generalist roles, TAG, Engagement, Performance management, Career programs, DEI, C&B, etc Exceptional stakeholder management skills – to collaborate with business leaders, managers and global teams across departments Analytical Acumen: Possess strong analytical skills, capable of deriving meaningful insights from extensive datasets to drive actionable strategies. Self-Driven: A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, taking initiative in a dynamic marketing environment. Self-Directed: A proactive and self-directed professional committed to achieving shared objectives effectively, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
