Position Name - Associate Director- Financial Due Diligence
Location - Mylapore, Chennai
Experience Range - 9- 12 years.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Extensive experience and knowledge in financial management, strategies and auditing.
- Must be a qualified CA.
- Must possess minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience entirely in Financial Due Diligence.
- Excellent written, verbal communication with presentation and team management skills.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading multiple Financial Due Diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
- Handling end to end delivery including supervising and reviewing engagement teams and fieldwork, reporting of diligence findings and coordination with other service lines like tax etc. within the firm.
- Establishing strong professional relationships with external clients and internal team members.
- Supporting the partners in driving select client relationships of the firm.
- Taking the lead and responsibility on internal practice improvement initiatives relating to quality, risk, people etc.
- Developing and mentoring teams.
Qualification and Experience:
- Must be a qualified CA.
- Must possess minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience entirely in Financial Due Diligence.
- Should be strong in Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills and working knowledge of other MS Office applications including PPT, word
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.
- Ability to manage client expectations through effective communication, technical knowledge, responsiveness.
- High on integrity and a self-driven/proactive work attitude to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.
