The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Full-Stack Analytics Software Developer position in the Data Analytics organization. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for exploring cutting edge Data Analytics solutions and developing cloud-native software architectures and associated development techniques. 

In this position, the candidate will contribute to software designs within a common framework to support multiple, and varying, Data Analytics projects worked across the organization. The candidate will be required to partner with senior developers to create and continuously improve software that enables our customers across the enterprise to make data-driven decisions and create business value.

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India. 

Position Responsibilities:

The candidate will provide hands-on development, primarily in the areas of:
•    Software architecture concepts, primarily cloud-based solutions
•    Cloud-based service models, such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
•    Cutting edge cloud-native Data Analytics tools and solutions, predominantly driven by open-source frameworks.
Other responsibilities include:
•    Conduct research and development and ensure successful deployment of emerging new technologies
•    Evaluates and documents emerging computing technology of potential interest to the company
•    Assists in the successful deployment of advanced computing technology for specific components of the technology or system by completing testing and making necessary adjustments
•    Determines appropriate computational tools and processes through research and study to accomplish business objectives and influences colleagues to use them

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

•    A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
•    More than 2 years of experience in software development including architecture, software design, and development
•    Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and be able to quickly understand new technologies and support execution of the technology insertion plan
•    Experience working in an Agile Software Development Methodology environment
•    Experience working on the full-stack from front-end all the way to deployment and scaling
•    Proficient hands-on development experience with JavaScript, Java and/or C# in implementing modern technical solutions for high performance production applications
•    Experience with DevOps
•    Experience in continuous integration and delivery CI/CD, deploying to cloud environments
•    Strong software architecture and design knowledge; OO Design Principles
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :

•    At least 1 year of experience supporting and/or working on any cloud related technology or solution
•    Experience with TDD, ATDD or Continuous Integration
•    Working knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, etc.
•    Experience building modern web applications using React, NestJS, and/or Node
•    Responsive or mobile application development experience

Typical Education & Experience:

•    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 plus years' related work experience or a Master’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
