Minimum Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate.
Experience:
4-6 years of experience in handling Packing preferably in Footwear industry.
Any additional requirement:
Knowledge of MS- Word, Excel.
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
The candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in handling Packing preferably in Footwear Industry.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial
To report daily rejection and loss of production with reasons (If any).
Customer Oriented
Quality Check
- To ensure quality at the time of fitting and packing and also to ensure that all slippers are packed without any defects.
- To check and ensure that the finished products are packed as per required assortment/quality/quantity.
People Oriented
Inter-Departmental co-ordination
- To liaise with production department and ensure dispatches accordingly.
Internal Business Process
Packing Schedule implementation
- To implement the packing schedule as per sales plan.
- To prepare stock of finished products on daily basis and also on last day of each month.
- To allocate the packing plan on each conveyor to achieve the efficiency of early clearances of sizes.
- To ensure smooth functioning of all conveyors so that there is no accumulation at any stage.
