Job Description:
1. Strategic Brand and Range Selection:
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to strategically identify brands and product ranges suitable for listing on Amazon.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as brand managers, product development teams, and marketing teams to align brand strategies with Amazon's platform requirements and target audience.
2. Growth Strategy Execution on Amazon:
- Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to presence on Amazon, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Utilize marketing investments effectively to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion on the Amazon platform.
- Implement tactics to enhance ratings, reviews, and overall brand reputation on Amazon.
- Curate and optimize A+ content to improve product discoverability and conversion rates.
3. Vendor Model Evaluation:
- Assess different vendor models available on Amazon, including 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central), to determine the most suitable approach for products.
- Collaborate with Amazon account managers to negotiate terms, optimize operations, and maximize profitability under the chosen vendor model.
4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Regularly monitor key performance metrics on Amazon, such as sales performance, traffic trends, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of optimization within the Amazon channel.
- Generate insights and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement and achieve growth targets.
