- Achieve and meet the sales budgets for the defined area for new and/ or existing business and to achieve GP and/or volume targets set by Management.
- Meet a minimum of 5 new prospects every day and report back to RSM/DGM.
- Plan and carry out direct sales activities to attain new accounts in accordance with agreed sales and business plans
- Pass all sales opportunities to CSM for further actions viz sales mailers quotations, follow-ups for closure.
- Generate daily sales reports and discuss them with RSM/DGM.
- To achieve the agreed volume and revenue every month.
- Develop new and prospective accounts while maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Response and follow up on sales inquiries and leads using appropriate methods within the time frame
- Focus and work for new business acquisitions against the target.
- Carry out the individual sales KPI and strategies towards set and agreed targets & objectives.
- Ability to collect market/competitor information consistently.
- Work to achieve the individual sales KPI and strategies towards set targets & objectives.
- Weekly / Monthly Sales Activities & Performances reports.
- To approach MNC and other major customers assigned by management.
- Focus on sales promotion in a specific industry as per assignments by the Company.
- Review with the team & customer on regular basis on performance level.
- Generate sales leads from the Market and forward them to CSM.
- Documentation of sales activities as per management’s directive in the E-cargo portal.
- Generate Competitor information from the market and forward them to RSM.
- Facilitate weekly / Monthly Sales Performance meetings with the Sales Team / DGM.
